Mission Statement

The Tri-State Futbol Alliance (TFA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer in the Cincinnati Tri-State area. Through the dedicated efforts of our Board of Directors, an energetic support staff and our numerous adult volunteers, we are committed to the following objectives:

• We strive to develop players at all levels of play – recreational, select and premier – by building and improving their skills, confidence, fitness, initiative and a sense of teamwork.
• We are committed to developing coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program.
• We promote and encourage high standards of sportsmanship and fair play.
• We emphasize that playing for-the-love-of-soccer should be made an enjoyable life long experience.
